When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and posted within 1-2 business days. 

How much is shipping?

All local Canberra orders are shipped with Auspost Express for $5. Transit time is usually 1-2 business days.

Interstate orders are shipped with Auspost Standard for $10 with a usual transit time of 4-7 business days for major cities. Upgrade to Express shipping for $15 with a usual transit time of 1-2 business days for major cities.

All orders over $50 ship for FREE.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of coffee beans/grounds or for a change of mind, but if we’ve made a mistake when packing your order let us know hello@redbrickcoffee.com.au.  We will fix it up pronto.
